Contact Us for an Estimate
The best way to do this is via email. Simply email us the details of your job or by using our bid request form. It is vital to our success that we get as much information as possible about your project from the start. The more information, the more accurate your estimate will be. You can find all of our options on our website or we can set up a design meeting where one of our salesmen will meet with you and go through the details of your project. Once we have this information, either via email, our bid request or design meeting, we will put together an initial estimate and send to you.
Review & Approve Estimate
Please review our estimate, contact us with questions and let us know when you approve. Once approved, we send all of your project information to our engineering department. We have one of the best engineering and design teams in the region and we are dedicated to offering original designs and functionality. You will receive, typically via email a set of detailed drawings, including 3D pictures to give you a better understanding of how your project will look.
Review & Approve Final Drawings & Pricing
Please carefully review the drawings provided, as these show exactly how your cabinets will be constructed. At this point, we will make any necessary revisions to make sure you are getting the product you desire. You will then receive, again via email, a final set of drawings and an updated pricing estimate, which reflects the final cost of your project, for approval. We require a signed set of drawings and estimate, along with a deposit that we will invoice you for, in order to place your project into production.
Construction Process
Once we have your approvals and deposit, your project will go into production. All jobs are processed in the order they are approved. At this point we will contact you with an expected completion date. Your project is handed off to our skilled craftsman on the shop floor and they are responsible for making all the drawings a reality. All projects go through a rigorous, multi-step, quality control process to ensure everything meets our quality standards and is exactly what you ordered. When your completion date is nearing one of team members will contact you to schedule a firm installation date.
Installation Process
One or two days before your scheduled installation date, a team member will contact you to verify that your job site is ready. Our highly trained installers will make sure your project is installed in a professional and efficient manner. Typically the day after installation, we send a Service Manager back to inspect all projects to make sure everything meets our quality standards and that you are happy with your completed project.
Final Adjustments
Once your project has been painted or stained, counter tops are installed, and plumbing fixtures have been installed you are now ready for final adjustments. We ask that you contact us via email or by using our service/warranty request sheet 3-4 days before you would like for us to come make the final adjustments. Our service technicians will install all shelves and accessories and make sure all doors and drawers are properly adjusted and functioning properly.
