How much does the tour cost?
Tours are complimentary as part of our commitment to growing the lean community.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance as tour spots fill quickly.

I’m traveling from out of town. Do you have accommodation recommendations?
Yes! We can suggest several comfortable lodging options near our facility. For visitors traveling over 4 hours, we strongly recommend arriving the night before to be fresh for the morning tour.

Can I take photos or videos during the tour?
Absolutely! We encourage you to document your visit and capture ideas to share with your team. We believe in transparency and sharing our lean journey.

Will other businesses be attending the tour on the same day?
Possibly. We often host multiple organizations on the same tour, which provides valuable networking opportunities. If you prefer a private tour, please mention this in your booking request.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand plans change. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
